We spoke to Stauffer in between her conferences. She stated that Loans for Less is “a bit more aggressive than many. ” Only a few loan providers will need borrowers to court, garnish their wages or demand work work bench warrants, she said. Stauffer quickly included she said that she tackles the “more extreme” cases: “The ones that have taken the money and ran. “The ones that have no intention of paying their money straight back. ”
